Our shipping rates all offer tracking services. All orders ship in 3-5 business days; however, orders placed after December 17th, 2023 will be shipped in January 2024.

We will accept returns on unused items purchased on umby.co within 30 days of purchase. We do require the original packaging and tags with the product. While shipping and handling charges are not refunded, you may initiate a return by emailing orders@umby.co

With each purchase, Umby provides health, life, agriculture and natural disaster insurance for families in need.

We work with a network of partners to identify and support families that need a safety net. Each Umby purchase includes a donation directed towards a family and helps pay their insurance premium for the coverage they need. Microinsurance, a unique type of insurance offered by community organizations, grassroots banks, local development agencies and international relief efforts, offers a safety net for at-risk families. Microinsurance, although similar to traditional insurance, is specifically designed with micro-premiums, micro-payouts and the specific needs of at-risk families in mind.

Note: Each Umby provides insurance to one family for one year, in addition, each Umby also contributes to a Rainy Day Fund to support COVID and other disaster relief efforts.
